Fashion designer

She is the winner of Zlatna Igla (Golden Needle) award in the category of Designer of the year in 1995 of the Academy for Fashion and Zlatna Igla 2004 for contribution to the development of Bulgarian fashion. She was awarded by the TV show 25 Carats for television fashion in 1997. She was announced Designer of the Year by the Festival of Haute Couture and Vanguard Fashion in 1996 and in 1998. She is a member of the Union of Bulgarian Artists.

Maria Nedkova is always up to the classics - her clothes emphasise the perpetual femininity, which remains beyond time, trends and snobbery.
