Madlen Algafari was born on 04.11.1967 in Sofia, but she spends her childhood in Vratza where graduated French Language School "Henri Barbusse" with gold medal. Later she graduated Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", Faculty of Philosophy, with specialty Psychology and jointly with The National Academy for Theatre & Film Arts "Krustyo Sarafov" – specialty Drama and Puppet Theatre Directing.

She has specialization in Analytical Psychotherapy – Neoreichian school, in Lugano, Switzerland.

She is author of a documentaries named "Manly girls or women" – for the first female class in Bulgarian Army and "Psychoanalysis", shoted in Switzerland.
